POS ESC Printer QM is developed and copyrighted by Queen Mobile. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information handling
The app does not require an account and does not sell personal data. Printer settings are stored locally on your device. Documents selected for printing are processed for the requested print job and are not uploaded to Queen Mobile servers.
Printer connections and external content
When you use network, Bluetooth, or USB printing, data is sent directly to the printer or device you select. Optional online greeting images may be requested from Wikimedia Commons; that provider may receive standard connection data such as your IP address.
Optional installation report / Báo cáo cài đặt tùy chọn
With your explicit consent, one installation report is sent to Queen Mobile through Cloudflare and Telegram for installation statistics and support. It includes a random installation ID, app/package version, device model, manufacturer, OS/security patch, chip/CPU, RAM/storage totals and availability, battery, screen, language/region/timezone, network type, installation source and app user-agent. Cloudflare adds the connecting IP, approximate IP region, ASN/network and timezone; this is not GPS location. No documents, contacts, hardware serial numbers or advertising IDs are sent. Declining does not limit printing. Pending transmission can be cancelled from Privacy · Installation report. Telegram messages are retained by Queen Mobile until manually deleted; contact thai02h5@gmail.com with the Report ID to request deletion. Deduplication IDs remain on Cloudflare until manually deleted. Không lấy GPS, tài liệu, danh bạ, số sê-ri hay mã quảng cáo. Từ chối vẫn in bình thường; có thể hủy báo cáo chưa gửi trong mục Quyền riêng tư. Yêu cầu xóa báo cáo qua email kèm Report ID.
Permissions
Android permissions are used only for printer discovery, device connection, notifications, and access to documents you explicitly choose. You can revoke permissions in Android Settings.
